Join us for BCE Open Week!
We are delighted to invite you and your child to Shining a Light on OLR a special event designed to help your little ones start feeling at home in our school community. This event is a wonderful opportunity for your child to begin familiarising themselves with our school environment, meet some of our friendly staff and students, and get a glimpse of what school life is like at Our Lady of the Rosary.
On Friday 2nd May, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, your child will participate in a series of engaging activities that will give them a taste of school life. These activities include:
- Storytime in our Library
- A take-home gardening project
- An interactive art session
- A fun sports activity
During these activities, your child will be paired with some of our Year 4 students, who will become their buddies when they join us in Prep next year. This is a fantastic chance for your child to start building friendships and connections with their future classmates. Our Year 4 students are always eager to help and support our new Prep students, and we are confident that this partnership will make the transition to school even smoother.
This event is open to all families who have expressed interest in Our Lady of the Rosary School for 2026 Prep enrolment. While attendance does not guarantee enrolment, it is a great way to experience our welcoming community and see firsthand what makes our school special.
